Automated Scorecards - Summary: View concise explanations for why the AI answered Yes or No on scorecard questions, enabling faster review without call playback
Multi-manager Support

Call Type Prediction Feedback: Users can now override AI-predicted call types directly in Call Details, enabling manual correction when needed.
