Introduced the following features:

Smart views: Smart views let you use natural language to generate new filters.
Sentiment availability: Sentiment metrics are now available to export to CRMs through the API.
Native redaction support for UK users: Admins can now automatically mask PII and other sensitive language across transcripts and insights.
Portuguese language support: The Portuguese language is now supported for the core UI and insights.
Saved views: The Trackers and Coaching tabs now allow you to save and toggle between filtered views.
Insights: Access a high-level overview of customer activity through dashboards showing intents, recurring issues, and engagement patterns. Admins can toggle specific insight categories and manage metadata.
