- Creator Lab enhancements - improved discoverability

Creator Lab is a new tab within the Recording Editor to allow event organizers to leverage AI to automatically transform event recordings into ready-to-use marketing content. Generate social media posts, blog articles, and personalized follow-up emails in seconds—all tailored to the event's tone, helping users maximize the value of every recording without manual effort.
We’ve added new discoverability points to help users more easily find Creator Lab within post-event workflows:
- For the last 3 ended events on the organizer dashboard:
- The 1st pill for Post Event actions has been renamed from “Generate AI Highlights” to “Repurpose your content in the Creator Lab” – which will take the user to the video editor of the longest recording for the event.
- The 2nd pill for Post Event actions has been renamed from “Add recordings to Content Hub” to “Host and Share your content” – which will take the user to Content Hub (no change from before).
- On the Content > Library page:
- A new banner informs users of being able to repurpose content by clicking on a video
- The label of the second dropdown is changed from “All Categories” to “All Video Types”
- Upon hovering over a library video, there’s a new CTA that says “Edit with Creator Lab”
- The default tab on the Content page will now start on ‘Library’ instead of ‘Hubs’
- On the Marketing > Emails page:
- A new banner informs users of Creator Lab’s post-event email capabilities, with a CTA to try it out.
- Upon clicking the CTA, users will go to the emails tab of the Creator Lab for the event’s longest recording
- Within the Video Editor of a video:
- A new user guide will help users discover and understand Creator Lab
- Downloading a video from the video editor will show a reminder about Creator Lab
- A new “Repurpose Content with AI” button will show next to the “AI Suggest clips” button to help take users directly to the Creator Lab.
- Provide feedback on the repurposed content:
- A feedback mechanism on all repurposed content allows users to provide a thumbs up or thumbs down on the relevancy. If a thumbs down, a user can provide details within the text area.
- Engagement settings persist from main session to breakout rooms: All engagement settings from a main session (confetti, emoji reactions, hand raised, etc.) are now automatically applied to all breakout rooms created from this session.
