  • Organization-level analytics: Adoption & usage analytics
    To allow buyers to better understand their adoption and ROI of RingCentral Events, a new ‘Admin’ tab will surface key metrics such as seat allocation and top event creators, enabling admins to manage their organization more effectively.

Key features:

  • New admin tab: Centralized view for high-level organizational health.
  • Adoption metrics: Real-time tracking of active users, seats assigned, and total seats.
    • Total seats: Number of seats bought in an organization
    • Seats assigned: Number of seats assigned to users (invitations sent)
    • Active users: Number of users who have accepted invitations and have logged into the platform at least once.
  • Activity overview: Quick-glance summaries of Events created, Hosted, and Series counts.
  • Top event creators table: Granular breakdown of individual user performance, seat allocation dates, and event types (webinar, virtual, hybrid). By default this table will contain the data sorted by recent events hosted.

Note:

  • Events created before September 2024 will not be reflected in the dashboard.
  • The Date filter will be applicable on Events created and hosted, but will not filter for the following data: Top event creators table, event series, active users, seats assigned, and total seats.
  • UI updates & changes
    We’re making updates to the RingCentral Events UI to ensure a more seamless organizer and event experience!
  1. Renamed menu item labels on Event listing page: The context menu (three dots to the right of each event) have been renamed for consistency, and will take organizers to the same location as before.
    1. New label: Creator Lab | Old label: Repurpose your content
    2. New label: Content hub | Old label: Host and share your content
    3. New label: Analytics | Old label: View event impact
