  • Content Hub (Events Enterprise plans): Extend your events and amplify your brand. Use an intuitive drag-and-drop page builder to create branded web pages featuring event highlight clips, upcoming events, and more. Turn content into insights by gating access and capturing leads.

  • New Content Hubs: Organizations can create multiple customizable "hubs" to curate and showcase content, including event recordings, YouTube videos, and external links, all within a branded, website-like experience.

  • Flexible access controls (gating): Three gating methods are available — open access, immediate form gating on page load, or gated video access — allowing organizations to capture visitor details (name & email) at different interaction points to optimize engagement and conversions.

  • New analytics modules: Organization-level dashboards now include metrics on hub visits and video views (with ranking, view duration, and publish date), helping users track content performance and refine their strategies.

  • Content Hub - Integration with HubSpot: Manage the Content Hub data sync to HubSpot using the same app as the Events data sync to HubSpot, mapping the visitor’s detail and their Content Hub engagement activity with the HubSpot Custom object. Organizers will be able to turn ON/OFF for Content Hub Data sync to HubSpot. By default, it will be turned ON. If the feature toggle is ON, the hub visitor’s first name, last name and email will be automatically synced to the HubSpot Contact Object.

    Organizers can map a custom object to sync below visitor’s data:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Activity - This will contain either “Watched video OR Visited Hub”
    • Hub title & URL
    • Video title & URL
    • Duration of video watched

Organizers can also choose to send the visitor’s engagement data to the HubSpot Contact timeline object. By default the toggle will be ON, but they can turn it off if they don’t wish to send this data:

   a. Visited Page: If a visitor has visited a hub in Content Hub.

  • Heading of the block: Visited a Content Hub
  • Hub title: Hub title
  • Hub URL: URL of the hub

   b. Watched video duration: If a visitor watches a video on Content Hub Page

  • Heading of the block: Watched video on a Content Hub
  • Page title: Page title
  • Page URL: URL of the page
  • Video title: Video title
  • Video URL: URL of the video
  • Date and time: The date and time, the person started to watch the video
  • Time spent watching (in minutes): Duration for which the person watches the video
  • Total video length (in minutes): Total length of the video

Lastly, organizers can Sync UTM Parameters from the Gating form to HubSpot Contact object. The current UTM parameters mapping done in the Events integration mapping will be used for this data sync as well. 

Content Hub - Integration with HubSpot
  • Marketo integration - Toggle for enabling/disabling Attendee data sync: To allow for more flexibility, we added a toggle in the Attendance tab: ‘Sync Attendance status to Marketo Program members' status field.’

    By default this toggle will be ON on UI. But if the toggle is turned OFF, then the attendance status (and thus the no show status) will not sync to the program member status field.

  • Event duplication API update: Event Duplications API has been updated and now also allows callers to pass in the ‘autoPublish’ flag. Setting this flag to ‘true’ will publish the newly created event.

    Note: This is always done for webinar events, regardless of the flag value.
