- Event series (enhancements):
- Foldering only option without multi-registration: To allow for more flexibility in organizing events in the backend, organizers can disable the ability for multi-event registration so that registrants won’t see at sign up.
- Promo code: Organizers can add a promo code for registrants paying for multiple events in a series. Only one promo code can be added for each transaction.
- Studio enhancements:
- Video controls in Studio drawer:
- - Set video to go into Fullscreen (Cinema) Mode when added to screen
- - Scroll through and set a specific time in the video at which it should start when placed on screen (or clear that time)
- - Remember the on-screen time and start the video from that time after put on screen again
- Speaker panel and backstage chat improvements:
- - Timestamps
- - Attendees joining on screen shouldn't see the backstage chat history
- - Moderators should be able to clear backstage chat
- - Anyone in the backstage should be able to tag others in backstage, which should bold that person's name (First name, Last name)
- - Links in the chat should be clickable (opens in new tab, tracked for engagement)
- Breakout rooms from Studio: Moderators can start breakout rooms from Studio Sessions, and the same settings are available as in Moderated Sessions.
- Video controls in Studio drawer:
- Salesforce Integration - Create registrants during import flow: Seamlessly integrate custom registration data: Answers to custom questions can now be exported to and imported from Salesforce (Lead/Campaign Member OR Contact/Campaign Member).
Overview and Analytics pages - UX improvements
We’re making changes to Overview and Analytics to better understand the impact and ROI from your events!
- Overview tab changes (for Webinar event types)
- The “Top areas by chat messages” and “Top area by attendees” widgets will be removed
- The “Chat messages by area” widget will be replaced by “Most engaged attendees”
- Analytics tab changes
- The Engagement tab will be added to Webinar and Hybrid event types
- Engagement widgets will now only show if there is any count. Previously, all widgets would show.
- Registrants tab will be removed from Analytics section for Webinar event types
- Reloading in the refresh icon in Analytics -> Report cards has been fixed
- Polls tab will only be displayed if there is at least one vote in any Polls. This tab will not show if the Polls is disabled, or there are no polls or no votes in any Polls
- Copy improvements for “Time spent online per segment”, “Booth engagement”, and “Booth interaction” reports
Easier to use webinars/events - UX improvements
We’re making changes to the in-event experience to make webinars/events even easier to run & use!
- Sessions
- More compact sessions headers - allowing for more screen area for sessions
- Store AV settings in local storage (reuse Mic, Cam settings you’ve saved)
- Session setup page for open sessions incorrectly saying a schedule can't be created
- Sessions viewer numbers only visible to Moderators and Admins (with tooltip mentioning this)
- Studio
- By default, video placed on screen should only play once
- Improved the Go Live loader in order to allow the Recorder time to start
- Search in Studio should close when clicking outside
- Recording status added to Studios used as backstage in Stage
- Warn organizer about changing Studio to non Studio session types
- Reload attendee’s page when Admin changes from Studio to non Studio session types (and vice versa)
- Remove the "test run" bar once event is live
- Store AV settings in local storage (reuse Mic, Cam settings you’ve saved)
- Networking, expo, polls, engagement tools
- Fixed confetti and removed Raise Hand in Networking
- Fixed host information that was not showing on mobile apps
- Fixed attendee count mismatch between iOS and Android apps

- Fixed highlighted chat links in Android that weren't opening
- Fixed highlighting polls that weren’t working in Expo
- Fixed polls modal that was closing when clearing the ticket selection
- Fixed polls tab that was showing blank questions and profile images due to unavailable User List
