- Salesforce integration - New UI & engagement data sync
- All existing features of our Salesforce integration for RingCentral Events will be migrated to a new, refreshed configuration UI.
- Attendees’ engagement data will also now also be synced with Salesforce, once the configuration mapping is completed. Note: Users will be redirected to the existing tray UI for adding/updating the authorization.
- Document store (updates): The document store can now be activated & deactivated from the Event dashboard. Excel files (.xls & .xlsx formats) can also now be uploaded, with a max file size of 100 MB.
