Call Handling

Simultaneous call queues now support overflow queues. Available members from other queues can answer calls from busier queues.
Users can search for Contact Center Routing Numbers (CCRNs) when making or transferring calls in RingCentral apps and routing calls with call rules and IVR menus.
Admins can now restrict User extension dialing and call forwarding between specific sites.
Admins can control which country destinations users can call from each site.
