Call Handling

  • Manage group extension members by Role Domain on multi-site accounts for Call Queues, Call Monitoring groups, and Park Locations.

Admin

  • Restrict users from setting a forwarded company number as their caller ID.
  • Manage group extension members (Call Queue, Call Monitoring, and Park Locations) by Role Domain on multi-site accounts.
  • Expanded User Settings Template controls for admins:
    • Edit users’ departments and publish users’ Contact and Mobile phone numbers.
    • Update multiple users’ Presence status share details.
  • Better support for number block requirements in supported countries.
  • The following individual pages were decommissioned and are available on the main Licenses & Inventory page:

  • Paging Only groups now support site assignments:
    • You can now assign Paging Only groups to specific sites, just like you do with other extensions.
    • Company admins can create, manage, and reassign Paging Only groups across all sites.
    • Site admins can manage groups within their Role Domain and assign site-specific members and devices.
    • Paging Only extensions now follow site-based restrictions, including Role Domain and Cross-Site access management settings.
    • Site Codes are applied and validated for Paging Only extensions when the Site Codes feature is enabled.
    • All existing Paging Only groups have been reassigned to the Main Site. Site admins who don’t manage the Main Site may no longer see these groups unless reassigned.

Hardware & Firmware

  • Admins and end users can now customize the line key layout for Poly VVX 350 phones.
  • Poly VVX phones are now supported with firmware version 6.4.7.
  • Jabra Evolve2 65 and 40 SE headsets are now supported and available for purchase.
  • Single-cell and multi-user support for Poly Rove systems:
    • Set up a single B1 or B2 base station with up to 10 handsets (Poly Rove 20/30/40).
    • Separate merchandising of base stations and handsets is also available for new purchases using API functionality.

Security

  • Account admin can set up a policy to allow users to bypass multi-factor authentication (MFA) on trusted devices for a selected period.
