Call Handling

  • You can now record, send, reply to, or forward a voicemail message with an introduction over the phone without ringing the recipient’s phone.
  • Assign an SMS recipient to each call queue who can send and receive text messages on behalf of the call queue.

Hardware & Firmware

  • The Poly ATA 402 device is now certified under the Multi-User Device workflow.
  • Yealink WH64, BH70, UH 37 Dual/Mono headsets are now supported and available for purchase.

Security

  • Control which email domains are allowed on your account to make sure messages are only sent to a specified list of allowed domains.

Business SMS/MMS

  • Enables sending of customer-configured SMS Opt-out, Opt-in, and Help auto-replies set up during SMS TCR registration.
  • Additional opt-out keywords added for FCC compliance (QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT).
  • French Opt-out keywords added for Canada (ARRET, DEBUT, AIDE).

Admin

  • Passwords, PINs, and security questions can each be accessed individually for easier administration.
  • Multi-Site Administrators can now specify which phone numbers can be set as outgoing callerID based on site. This provides better control of User outgoing caller ID settings.
  • The Cross-site access management feature allows admins on multi-site accounts to set up cross-site access rules and enable users to use other site numbers as outgoing caller ID.

Call Handling

  • Admins may now disable user control of DND
  • Enable Pagination Feature Parameter as default for VVX 250/350/450
