Phone and calling
Real-time auto-start call notes sync: Changes to the auto-start call notes toggle on one device now sync immediately to all your other devices, so the setting stays consistent wherever you work.
Messaging
SMS segment count: You can now see a segment count as you write a text message, so you know how many billable segments your message will use before you send it.
Presence in @mention: The @mention popup now shows each person's presence status next to their name, so you can avoid tagging teammates who are offline, on Do Not Disturb, or away.
Pin conversations: You can pin important conversations to the top of your list for faster access.
Add team member from @mention: When you mention someone who isn't in a team yet, you can add them directly from the mention picker without leaving the conversation.
Refreshed emoji library: The emoji library has a broader set of emojis and an updated visual style.
