Transfer to call queue voicemail: You can transfer callers directly to a call queue or delegated line group voicemail, so callers reach the right destination without extra steps.

Forward MMS messages: Forward a single MMS to one or more recipients, preserving the original media instead of sending plain text only.
MMS in shared inbox: Send and receive MMS directly in a shared inbox.
