    • Add apps like JIRA, Trello, and Github into team messaging to streamline workflows and reduce app switching.
  • View and edit meeting details
    • In-app editing of meeting details simplifies management for hosts. Meeting participants can now also view meeting details in the app.
  • Customized meeting notifications
    • Customize when you’re notified about the start of an upcoming meeting so you can prepare yourself.
  • Advanced meeting insights
    • Advanced meeting insights use proprietary AI to generate a highlight reel of those meetings you missed. Discover the primary topics of discussions, search for key themes, and listen to just what’s important to you.
  • Background noise reduction
    • Keep video meetings distraction-free by removing the sounds of barking dogs, leaf blowers, and other unwanted noises.
  • Phone tab improvements
    • Now your dialpad is front-and-center in the phone tab and your call history is all in one place. You can also make more room on your desktop by using our new compact phone view.
  • Call forwarding improvements
    • Much like an e-mail out-of-office, new call forwarding improvements allow you to pick a start and end date and choose whether calls should go to voicemail, a colleague, or another number.
  • Queue call pick up
    • When a primary agent is busy, calls can be routed to a pickup agent so you can minimize wait time for your customers.
  • Assign a new admin
    • If the last remaining admin leaves a team, any of the remaining team members can assume or assign admin rights to the team.
  • Phone audio source notification
    • Get a notification when you’re using different sources for your microphone and speakers to reduce echo and improve sound quality to other participants.

    • You can add your paging only contacts to your Quick contacts.
