Introduced the following features:
  • Canadian French Transcription: Canadian French calls transcription and ability to provide insights on calls. Setup transcription by updating Organization language setting by following the steps here.

  • Call Data Export: Export the result of a search that you configured with filters. A CSV with the metadata of the calls is emailed to you. Fin out how to export call data here.

  • Call Filter Enhancements: Finding interesting calls to review became easier with the two latest improvements: "Scorecard Completed" filter for quick access to evaluated calls and the new 'include/exclude' and 'contain/does not contain' operators for more precise searches.
