AIR can end calls: When a caller indicates they're done with the conversation, the AI Receptionist delivers a natural closing phrase and ends the call. Every call ends cleanly, without leaving customers waiting on the line after they've been helped.
Route call queue overflow to AIR: AIR extensions can now be set as a destination for call queues. When call queue members are unavailable, queues are full, or wait times are exceeded, calls are automatically routed to AIR so every caller gets assistance.
Manage lead capture timing: You can now choose to have AIR collect caller information right after the initial greeting, after all questions are answered, or just before transferring to a human agent. This provides the flexibility to capture leads at the moment that makes the most sense for your business.
