What's New
French language support: The AI Receptionist now supports both French and Canadian French (CA). Assigning the receptionist to support either language is as easy as selecting one as the primary language when setting up or updating your AIR.
Backup call routing: AIR now transfers calls automatically when it’s unavailable. If AIR can’t connect due to technical issues or minute limits, calls will route to a backup user extension to ensure you don’t miss incoming calls.
