New product release with the following key features:
AIR General Availability: The AI Receptionist is now generally available to all users in the US and Canada. Existing users waiting to purchase AIR can do so by going directly to the Billing and Usage portal and purchasing an AIR license which comes with 100 minutes, as well as additional stackable 100 minute bundles.
Spanish language support: The AI Receptionist now supports Spanish language. Setting up the receptionist to support Spanish is as easy as selecting the primary language when configuring it. It’s now possible to specify if the receptionist should support English only, or Spanish only or both English and Spanish.
Analytics based on call transcripts: AIR’s performance can now be monitored seamlessly, thanks to the new analytics tab which will show various charts related to AIR’s performance. These charts include trends, percentage of calls resolved by AIR vs unresolved, and if resolved - how many were resolved using knowledge base or a direct transfer. Additional filtering options such as time ranges, AIRs are also available making it easier to visualize and track the AIRs’ performance at a glance.
Conversational Insights: In addition to providing new Analytics, AIR now also has a new conversational insights tab which will show the top unanswered questions and top common questions. In addition to showing the top unanswered questions, a seamless workflow for adding the answers directly via that page is also available making it easy to augment the AIR’s knowledge base. Other ways to answer questions such as uploading files or website links from that flow are coming soon.
Onboarding assistance: It’s possible to schedule an onboarding call directly from inside the AIR UI, or call the support number while setting up AIR and avail assistance immediately.
Refreshed UI for setup and configuring skills: We can’t stop updating the UI to make it easy and seamless to review your AIRs, make setup changes and effortlessly track performance. New changes in this edition include a new card layout on the AIR studio page where all your receptionists are shown, along with quick call trends. Additional UI updates include visual cues to indicate if an AIR has been assigned or not, guided flow to help test and assign AIR.
Change SMS extension: Earlier, the ability to send SMS was limited to the super admin extension. That’s no longer the case, and any eligible extension, including the AIR extension can be used now to send SMS.
AIR analytics in Analytics portal: A new dashboard called AIR Dashboard - Default is available for all users to view and monitor AIR performance from the Analytics portal. Users with a Business Analytics Pro license can also customize the dashboard, adding more widgets.
