Features

RCX Core

  • The Get lnput and Send Message nodes in Workflow Studio now support SMS and other messaging channels. The Engage Messaging workflow section has been renamed to Customer communication to reflect the expanded multi-channel capabilities.
  • Screen recording now includes the following:
    • Three new 2K recording profiles and a bandwidth-efficient Full HD (1 fps) option to allow for greater detail during zoom-in.
    • The quality dropdown now provides dynamic context, including recommended use cases, storage estimates, and bandwidth requirements.
    • The Good profile has been deprecated, and the Best profile has been renamed to Full HD (1080p, 8 fps) with an optimized bitrate.
    • Admins can now view the storage footprint of screen recordings per sub-account to better manage retention budgets.
    • All screen recording configurations are now consolidated under a dedicated Screen Recording section.
