What’s New

This is the June Release Notes summary. We may provide updates on features and enhancements for RingCX products as we get closer to the rollout date.

RingCentral may update these Release Notes to document additional resolved and known issues.

June Release Notes summary

  • RingCX Agent Supervisor pages now include filters and a text search field that make it easier for you to view, sort, and manage your agents, channels, and interactions.
  • RingCX now supports Google’s WebHID feature, so agents can use the hardware buttons on their headsets to control such RingCX features as muteanswer, and hang up.
  • Agents’ listed time zones will now reflect their actual time zones, rather than their browsers’ default settings. As well, RingCX's time zone and date zone selectors have been updated to allow for greater accuracy, and will be displayed in the agents’ chosen languages.
