Phone and calling
HUD and call monitoring: The mobile app now supports the updated Heads-up Display (HUD) experience and call monitoring on iOS and Android.
CarPlay communication experience: The CarPlay experience has been rebuilt on Apple's Communication Kit framework, with support for text, favorites, Siri read-aloud, voice reply, and a safer in-car calling and messaging flow.
Call monitoring for conference calls: Supervisors can now monitor audio conference calls hosted by users in their monitoring group.
Company fax custom cover pages (Beta): Admins can manage and assign company fax cover pages, and users can store custom cover pages in the cloud for use across desktop and mobile.
SMS
SMS opt-out admin controls: Admins can customize opt-out text and enforce opt-out language on registered SMS campaigns or numbers. Opt-out enforcement is controlled by policy rather than the end user.
Shared inbox filter: The SMS shared inbox now includes an Awaiting Reply filter to surface message threads where a customer is still waiting for a response.
