What’s new
Phone and calling
Caller details in AI call notes: When you copy, share, or download AI call notes, the export now includes caller context above the note—participant names, caller number, call date and time, and duration. You can also download notes as a TXT file.
Auto-start call notes mid-call behavior: Turning auto-start notes on or off during a call no longer affects the call in progress. The new setting takes effect starting with your next call.
Spam call to voicemail: Potential spam calls can now be sent directly to voicemail, so your phone rings less for calls you don't want.
Messaging
Shared inbox assignment mode: Shared inbox now organizes threads into Unassigned, Assigned to me, Assigned to others, and Resolved folders. A new extension filter lets you filter SMS recipients by assigned company, site, or call queue number.
Emoji reaction notifications: You're notified when someone reacts to your message with an emoji. On desktop, the reaction appears in notifications and the chat list; on mobile, you receive a system notification.
Clearer translation settings: Translation settings have been updated with clearer labels so each option is easier to understand.
App and desktop
Admin control for What's New notifications: Admins can now turn off What's New notifications for all users on the account Administration settings. When turned off, the What's New banner is hidden across desktop and mobile.
Presence on Windows taskbar icon: Windows users can now see the Do Not Disturb status on the app icon in the taskbar and tray. You can also right-click the tray icon to change your presence directly.
