Version 25.4.20

Release date: November - December 2025

  • RingCX for Salesforce now includes customization, allowing admins to tailor the integration to their workflows with customizable matching, screen pops, and logging.
  • The Agent Assist panel is now embedded in the adapter for RingCX for Salesforce, giving agents real-time AI answers and knowledge suggestions during calls.
  • RingCX for Salesforce now restores an agent’s session after a browser refresh, removing the need to re-login and providing a more stable, uninterrupted experience for integrated softphone users.

  • The RingCX for Salesforce integration now automatically syncs Salesforce Do Not Call (DNC) contacts to RingCX, preventing calls to numbers marked as DNC. This ensures compliance and honors customer preferences.

  • Agents can now click to initiate SMS conversations directly from any phone number field within a contact or lead record. This feature streamlines outreach, improves agent efficiency, and intelligently adapts to the native UI for a seamless experience.

  • RingCX for Salesforce:
    • Supports all Salesforce softphone screen pop options.
    • Supports voice interactions within Sales Engagement.
  • RingCX for Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (BYOT):
    • Enables agents to search and connect with contacts in the customer’s corporate directory for outbound calls and transfers.
    • Provides call recording playback directly within Salesforce for RingCX admins.

  • RingCX for Salesforce integration now includes the adapter settings in the RingCX Admin Salesforce tab, allowing for more streamlined installation and configuration.

  • You can now upload and manage Salesforce leads into the RingCX outbound dialer without leaving Salesforce. 
  • New RingCX for Salesforce AdminUI available to configure the integration.
  • RingCX CRM integrations now include a Need help button that directs users to the RingCX support site.

  • Salesforce BYOT allows shared Salesforce and RingCX customers to use a RingCX voice channel while benefiting from Salesforce’s native Omni and Einstein features. Access includes:
    • Call handling
    • Agent state changes
    • Call logging

      This is an additional option for customers and does not replace the existing RingCX for Salesforce integration.
  • Agents can now search the corporate directory by name or number to find and call contacts.
    • Dialers now accept alphanumeric input for contact searches.
    • Matching contacts are displayed and selectable.
    • The selected contact is automatically dialed.

Release date: January 2025

  • Shared Salesforce and RingCX customers can now use a RingCX voice channel while accessing Salesforce Omni and Einstein features. This is an additional integration option and does not replace the existing RingCX for Salesforce integration.
  • Customers can now upload and manage lead files created in Salesforce directly within a RingCX campaign—without leaving the Salesforce admin interface.
  • Salesforce admins can now choose between the current second iframe view or an undockable adapter view, consolidating all functionality into a single screen.
