Features

RCX Core

  • The caller ID displayed on calls between RingCX and RingEX now includes the following updates:
    • The correct caller name and extension are displayed.
    • The original caller ID is preserved during transfers and forwards, including CCRNs.
    • RingEX user-selected caller ID settings are preserved.
    • The caller ID is maintained on both blind and warm transfers.
  • Admins can now link categories to specific dispositions, enabling agents to view, add, or remove relevant categories at interaction wrap-up.
  • RingCX now has a unified role-based permissions system for agent roles for both legacy and digital features. This allows you to assign multiple roles per agent and streamlines administrative control.
  • You can include multiple “or” or “and” values in a single campaign criteria statement, simplifying complex dial plan setup and improving UI visibility.

Integrations

  • The RingCX for Salesforce integration now automatically syncs Salesforce Do Not Call (DNC) contacts to RingCX, preventing calls to numbers marked as DNC. This ensures compliance and honors customer preferences.
