Features

RCX Core

The caller ID displayed on calls between RingCX and RingEX is maintained during direct, blind, and warm transfers.
Admins can now select only RingEX and RingCX-provisioned numbers from a searchable dropdown when configuring caller IDs, to ensure legal compliance and prevent spoofed numbers.
Admins can now view, but not edit, real-time DNC integration details in campaigns.
Admins can now configure the pass per lead attempt in HCI paced campaigns to give admins more control over how leads with multiple phone numbers are counted.
Admins can now define precise dialing limits with hour, day, week, and month-based intervals (for example, no more than once every 24 hours).
When creating custom campaign criteria, admins can now use multi-value comparators (for example, “Contains Any Of”) with multi-select input. Conflicting fields are also validated.

Integrations

There is now a Reload button to rerun an existing lookup and display newly created or updated records without retyping the search.
When a disposition is required, the CRM adaptor now automatically reopens at the end of the call and displays a reminder if the submission exceeds the configured time.
