Breakout room timer
A countdown timer shows how much time is left in your breakout room session. The timer, along with reminders, will help you to know in advance when the session is ending.
Manage call participants
Participant lists are now available for ad-hoc conference calls. You can also remove participants individually without ending the call.
Simplified webinar setup
Create the right webinar for your needs in two simple steps. Choose between General or Marketing webinar types and let our intelligent defaults do the rest.
Live stream webinars
Stream your webinars on your company's YouTube channel. The YouTube live stream will start automatically when your webinar goes live.
Get to know RingCentral University
Discover our free on-demand training in the Help center. From the Explore tab, click the RingCentral training button to see what's available.
Audio settings synced
Microphone, speaker and volume settings are now synced between phone calls and video meetings. You can always switch this off in audio settings if you prefer to set them independently.
Duplicate a team
Save time by copying an existing team to create a new one with the same members. Duplicate the team, update the name, members, and settings as needed, and you're ready to go.
New app update reminders
We'll remind individuals who are using outdated versions of the app to update to the latest version promptly. This way, we'll be sure everyone is experiencing the latest app enhancements.
Search or filter conversations
Now you can search for conversations or apply a dropdown filter to see only unread messages, @mentions, or drafts directly from your conversation list.
Group avatars
There is now a profile image for your group direct messages to make the experience more delightful and familiar.
Muted conversation display improvement
Muted conversations now have light grey badges for all new unread messages, so you don't miss important information.
