Features

RingCX Core

  • Outbound Campaigns support workflow, enabling integrations across all channels, just like inbound voice and digital interactions. 
    • Workflow triggers execute on campaign calls for automation and integrations.
    • Lead information is now available in the interaction context to inform the workflow logic and integration updates.
  • New nodes in Workflow Studio: The following nodes have been added to Workflow Studio:
    • Branch: Branches interactions based on JavaScript conditions.
    • Add category: Add categories to the current interaction.
    • Delete category: Remove categories from the current interaction.
  • System disposition specific delays: Customers can specify custom pass delays for each system disposition on outbound campaigns. Those without a custom pass delay will use the default pass delay set at the campaign level.

Integrations

  • SugarCRM support in browser extensions: Customers using SugarCRM will be able to use the browser extension agent capabilities for:
    • Inbound screen pop
    • Outbound click-to-dial/copy to RingCX
    • Outbound screen pop dialer
    • Custom Workflow context search variables
  • SmartAdvocate CRM support in browser extensions: Customers using SmartAdvocate will be able to use the browser extension agent capabilities for:
    • Inbound screen pop
    • Outbound click-to-dial/copy to RingCX
    • Outbound screen pop dialer
    • Custom Workflow context search variables
  • Bullhorn CRM support in browser extensions: Customers using Bullhorn can use the browser extension agent capabilities for Outbound click-to-dial/copy to RingCX.

Analytics

  • Unified Analytics: The Unified Analytics dashboard (initially named Cradle-To-Grave) has been redesigned and renamed. The dashboard presents data to track the entire lifecycle of customer interactions. Additionally, in environments using RingCentral’s RingEX product for enterprise communications, along with RingCX, the dashboard covers the interactions originating in RingEX or in RingCX, and the interactions transferred between the two, including major interaction metrics and details.
  • Last load time indicator in Dashboards: Dashboards now display the most recent data refresh as a timestamp at the top of the dashboard.

Quality Management

  • Team and Call Duration scorecard targeting filters: Admins can use the scorecard targeting filters to specify which calls Quality Management should evaluate using a scorecard. 
  • Spanish (LatAm) support: Quality Management can now process calls in Spanish (LatAm).
  • Australia data residency: A new Quality Management environment was deployed in Australia, allowing Australian customers to comply with local regulations.
