RingCX
The RingCX agent interface can now be integrated with the MS Dynamics CRM to manage calls and digital interactions, automatically updating CRM records for associated interactions.
RingCX integration with Cognigy for voice interactions via SIP from RingCX IVR. This allows you to send RingCX interaction context to Cognigy, receive the result of bot interaction handling, such as intents, parameters, and resolution, and continue an IVR flow using these parameters.
