Why is my avatar initials in a webinar “AU”?

Issue

When joining a webinar, my avatar initials are “AU” instead of my profile name.

When using special characters in the first and last name fields such as !@#%, the avatar will display the initials “AU”.

You need to use valid numbers and letters in the name fields to properly display the avatar initials.
