Voice and digital message histories are displayed in the adaptor, streamlining the process of managing customer interactions.
You can now prompt and view the logged digital record from the digital history.
Agents can log digital conversations to the CRM from the digital history.

The view log and manual pass icons display on hover in preview or progressive dialing mode.
