1. Navigate to the
RingCentral downloads page
.
2. On the
RingCentral app
row, click
64-bit for IT (MSI - Non Auto Update)
under the Windows column.
3. Once the download is finished, locate and run the downloaded .msi file.
4. When the shortcut appears, launch the RingCentral app.
Once successfully installed, the RingCentral app will be located in the RingCentral folder of your User directory (C:\Program Files\RingCentral).
