When joining a webinar via v.ringcentral.com, you cannot enter the webinar after clicking the Join button.

Cause
Webinar links can be truncated on v.ringcentral.com, so you will get an error when the link is clicked.
Resolution
Use the RingCentral desktop or web app to join the webinar from the video or webinar tab. You can also click the join link from the email invite or your calendar application.
