What's new
  • High-capacity meetings: Host meetings with up to 300 participants, increased from 200. This upgrade is available at no additional cost to paid users with RingEX or Meetings licenses.
  • AI captions: Follow conversations with live captions, which can be translated into 22 languages.
  • Whiteboard: Sketch ideas, add sticky notes, and brainstorm together in real time on a shared board inside a meeting.
  • Smarter screen sharing: The screen-sharing window has separate tabs for sharing your entire screen or an application window. It also remembers your last-used preference.
  • Edit AI Notes: Keep your meeting notes accurate and ready to share. Edit an AI-generated summary or action item directly in your meeting notes.
  • AI governance for admins: Admins can turn individual AI features on or off for everyone or for specific users, helping organizations manage meeting AI according to their governance and compliance requirements.
  • AI-generated virtual backgrounds: Describe the background you want, and the meeting app generates it without requiring you to find or upload an image.
  • Quality Autopilot for meetings: Choose Balanced Mode to let Quality Autopilot adjust screen-sharing and video quality in real time, balancing quality and performance on lower-powered computers and unstable networks.
  • Sharper video when someone starts speaking: In large meetings, a new speaker’s video appears sharp right away instead of starting out blurry.
