The desktop app version of RingCentral Phone allows you to communicate via phone, fax, business SMS, and conferencing.

Host and join conference calls.
Send an SMS or MMS text message to anyone in your personal or company directory.
- Domestic MMS messaging applies to US customers only. International MMS messaging isn’t available in the app.
Send and receive faxes.
See your call history and access call recordings.
Integrate your personal and business contacts to manage them in one place.
Integrate your phone features with Microsoft Outlook or Google calendar to sync your contacts and view and join upcoming meetings.
Use the Head-up Display (HUD) to view everyone’s availability status in one window.
